We recap the pine in oak or maple, stain-matched to your new floor, and swap the spindles for iron balusters or framed glass, often in a single week. The treads are cut and finished in our Etobicoke shop, so the house stays clean.
Bramalea is older. It was planned from 1958 as Canada's first satellite city, and its mid-century split-levels need new guards on every half flight. Crews come up Highway 410 and across the 407.
